Context

Recruitment marketing was shifting from campaign-based services to platform-led SaaS. Recruitics saw the shift but was still running marketing built for an agency model.

Approach

We rebuilt the SaaS value proposition, redesigned the go-to-market system, and built the operating model across product marketing, demand generation, content, and brand. Then we recruited and onboarded a new marketing team to run it.

Outcome

Recruitics moved from campaign execution to a go-to-market system aligned with the platform, with a marketing team and operating model in place to sustain growth.
