MavenIndex, a research platform targeting Household CEOs who influence purchasing decisions, sought to build a robust digital presence. They enlisted Awestruck Labs to create not only the first-generation digital product but also the marketing materials, and to develop and execute their initial consumer marketing strategy. Recognizing the unique needs of MavenIndex's two distinct audiences – business professionals and consumer users – Awestruck Labs designed two separate websites. For the business market, the site delved into the value proposition for various professionals, offering insights into core markets such as healthcare, CPG/FMCG, retail, and financial services. Meanwhile, Awestruck Labs' team conceptualized, designed, and ran product management for three web app experiences in the MavenIndex portfolio, successfully delivering MVPs for the consumer and client experiences in a remarkably short timeframe. The innovative approach taken by Awestruck Labs extended to MavenIndex's go-to-market strategy. Recognizing the need for two different market entry strategies, they began with the consumer market, focusing on Instagram and Facebook advertising directed to an online waitlist. Their expertise paid off, achieving a CPL under $1, and efficiently building a waitlist of over 3,000 women. Once the product was launched, a well-crafted nurture campaign converted almost 50% of the waitlist to the product experience in less than 60 days. Awestruck Labs' multi-faceted approach, encompassing website development, app design, and targeted marketing, illustrates their ability to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to a client's unique needs and market dynamics.
