One Community Health (OCH) teamed up with Awestruck Labs to revamp its communication, branding, awareness, and patient experience strategies. The partnership commenced with a focus on digital outreach and service awareness. With limited resources at their disposal, OCH prioritized marketing communications training, where Awestruck guided them through the development of collateral, messaging, and multi-channel campaigns. Awestruck further assisted in planning and branding large-scale health events like Health Fairs, targeting kids under 18. They also helped set up a $10,000 Google Ad Grant for OCH to enhance service discoverability and implemented a repeatable approach for creating editorial calendars and campaign plans. Beyond outreach, Awestruck delved into enhancing OCH's patient experience, providing management training and creating materials that offered all employees insight into their vital role in patient care. They mapped and streamlined check-in and check-out experiences, designing an efficient and cohesive process. The collaboration also extended to outreach automation, with Awestruck aiding in the implementation of a HIPAA-compliant, multi-channel automation system, resulting in increased outreach with fewer manual interventions. Furthermore, Awestruck was instrumental in a significant branding update and website relaunch for OCH. This revamp included developing a meaningful brand evolution that reflects OCH's commitment to diversity and health for all, and the complete redesign of the main website to make it more accessible and user-friendly for non-technical staff.
